Oh! I almost forgot but while playing/crafting on Tuesday, I had also received some "Welcome" letters for my front door...aren't they great? I've been wanting them for awhile so thanks again!
Last night/today I attempted a nursery wipe case holder. It did not come out exactly as I would like, so I will continue to mess with it til it's how I want it and/or make another one. It's pretty cute, just needs some finishing touches on the top where I had to cut around the opening where you take out the wipes. I am also going to make one for the kids bathroom to coordinate with their theme of ABC's/animals. I like to keep wipes in there but don't like the plain box!
Tonight I finished up Jay's Valentine's gift! I think it turned out cute. The lighting was bad on this photo so you can't see it that great but I made the colors to match our bedroom as I already know where I want to hang it, haha. He is ALWAYS saying that all the photo projects I do are of the kids so this one's for you, babe! It's kind of hard to see but the part with the lettering/bow pops out from the picture. (another great idea from Rebecca!) It's actually an old block sign that I found when cleaning the garage & I just re-painted it, etc. I also had the frame, ribbon and paint so really there was very little out of pocket! In the pic my wording was popping up a bit but I fixed it!
Tomorrow night, Jay and I will be going out to dinner to celebrate Valentine's Day since he has to work on Saturday night. Where to? Rigatony's, of course! Where we got engaged & tend to frequent when we do not have children in tow. To give you an idea of how often that is, we haven't been out without children since before Mayci was born! I know she will do great with Nana though. The icing on the cake is that we have a gift cert there from Christmas, thanks mom & dad ;-)
Well, better get to bed - early play date at the park with Valentine's and cupcakes!

Sleep is over rated! He doesn't know about it yet! He never comes on here but of course it will be the one time that he does. I will be giving it to him on Sat!
