Avery is doing well..he was so excited this week to see his seeds start to come up. He's such a busy guy. This week, he's been carrying around his Cold Stone card that he got from Nana & Pa for Valentine's Day. He really always has to carry something around...he has always been that way! He is so cute though. The other night, we were brushing for bed and he said, "I love you mama, I think I'll keep you" isn't that sweet, I love him so much!
Thursday, we had to do some errands in Tempe so since we were out around dinner time, we took Avery to the 5 & Diner. We thought he'd like the old fashioned look and he did...especially the old jukebox. Anyway, here he is modeling one of the hats. Mayci just wanted the camera, so I got this response from her...

And then, Mayci fell asleep on the way home. Well, she thought that this was a little 7pm nap because she did not want to go to sleep when we got home and ended up staying awake until almost 11pm! She had a lot of fun though. With Avery already in bed, she had mommy & daddy all to herself. She enjoyed pushing her doll stroller around and just hanging out.

And, the binky. Yes, she still has it. I had wanted to get rid of it by now and every day she does get it less and less but all in all, she loves it and does not want to part with it yet, lol.
All and all, the week has been great. Our fruits and vegetables that were planted last weekend, have started to come through and some are actually quite large! We also got our strawberries in the ground and they were starting to poke through today. I say "were" because my husband accidentally raked them out. I tried to replant them but I am not sure what will happen now. With the size of some of these things, we expect to get them in the ground this week. It is ready, I just need to get something to keep the dog out before I put them in the ground.Oh, other good news! Jay will be starting to work on day shift tomorrow! He has been on the list for a long time and it just now came through. He will be working 6am-2pm. It'll be nice to have him home for dinner every night!
