Graduation!

Today Avery graduated from pre-school! We are so proud of him! He has come very far this year with his writing and learning and has met a couple really good friends. We are glad that we kept him in the program at our church despite the long drive. He is verrrry excited to attend our neighborhood kindergarten in July.

Now, we have summer ahead of us! It's the usual "what to do with 4 kids in the 110 degree heat for a couple months" kind of feeling that I have on the last day of school. We are excited to be going on Monday to my in laws cabin that they just bought this year just in time for the hot season Phoenix summer!will be celebrating the Memorial Day holiday there. We also plan to do lots of swimming, the summer reading program, playing with cousins and just enjoying life at a slower pace without all the driving, etc. that the school year has consisted of. I hope you all have some fun plans in store for summer!

Some summer fun already happening..the kids love the sandbox area and it's also where we've put the pool. Maddi and I ran inside to get some Otter Pops and she ran over to the window to watch Avery and Mayci..you can see the outline of her hair. She wants nothing to do with the kiddie pool.

My sweet girls..this is so fitting for their personalities. Maddi is such a goof!
