Following The Fisk's: Another month...

It's hard to believe February is here already. The past month has been a big adjustment for our family, trying to settle in with Maddi and just keep everyone settled, lol. We have good days and bad days for sure but that is to be expected. Somedays it's all I can do to get out of the house and keep the kids from tackling each other and other days we can be really on the ball. It's all about prep, haha! I've really missed crafting and cooking this past month. I do little things here and there but haven't been able to do too much. Avery is not really napping and I've been trying to use that time to do something just with him, especially if Maddi is asleep.

The highlight of January for us was certainly the visit of my niece, Stephanie (Rosie) from Massachusetts. While she was here, we went to Freestone train park, Zoo lights, The Phoenix Children's Museum and just the park & stuff. It was wonderful to have an extra set of hands and the company except we are really missing her now. Thanks to my sister for arranging her visit and to Rosie for wanting to spend 10 days of her college break with our crazy clan :-)
