Avery and Mayci have been amazing. I am so proud at how they have adjusted. I expected a lot more rebellion/jealousy from both but they just love their baby sister so much that they just seem happy & content with things. They just wait all day for her to be awake and have "play" time and just can't wait for her to start "talking" to them when they talk to her.
Maddi is a really good baby. We had a little trouble the first couple weeks with fussiness. She is very gassy and would wake up screaming for no reason. We found that she probably has a bit of colic and have had to switch up her formula in order to make her more comfortable. Maddi has curlier and lighter hair than Avery or Mayci, resembling Jay as a baby a lot. She loves snuggles and is most content when being held. She loves being in the fleece baby carrier that I used with Avery as a baby and I love having her in there. She is such a sweet girl.
I am excited to get back into the swing of things. I feel like I have taken a break this past month from life, lol. I haven't blogged or even done a lot of crafting..mainly because of time of course. I just let go a bit and have been busy holding and cherishing these sweet moments.
Some pics from the hospital...
