Maddi is 5 months!

Well, Maddi girl turned 5 months old today! She weighed in at 16 lbs. even, which is up 2 lbs since last month! She has really seemed to change in the last month. She is just starting to really come into her personality. She is just the happiest, sweetest little baby. She loves to be held and snuggled and just cracks up laughing all the time watching her brother and sister. It really is amazing to think she is the same baby that we had colic problems with and who was so fussy the first couple months of life! Maddi is still on special formula for her possible milk allergy but the dr. did recommend we try the regular stuff, so that is something we are thinking about for the near future. He seemed to think that she would grow out of it. We have also taken her off her reflux medication, per his recommendation and she has been fine. What a blessing that she does not have that discomfort any longer.

Maddi only knows how to roll from her belly to her back and primarily does it when she's in her crib. I wake up to this little crazy haired smiley girl on her back every day and just love it! We are so happy to have our little Maddi girl and can't imagine life without her.

Avery loving his sisters

The kids love love love playing in the backyard. Especially since the weather has been unseasonably cool for Arizona. They have found a bar on the swingset that they call monkey bars and they have a way to hold on to the end swing and this other bar. It's amazing that Avery and Mayci both can hold their weight and swing from these bars like monkeys for a couple minutes. Maddi loves to swing outside and "talk" to the birdies!
