Greetings!

Why yes, I have been a slacker with my posts! The move went well. As good as a move can go I guess, lol. We are really still getting settled. It's been very slow going. It's a lot easier to pack up the house with the kids running around than to try to unpack things to their appropriate spot and organize. But, we'll get there! I just haven't stressed over it and that seems to be working out!

The kids handled the move well. It's a little odd because, since we moved so close, we go past our old house on a regular basis but they get it and reallly love our new house. (although if you ask Avery, he will say he does not because he can't see the tv while eating breakfast, haha)

The boys are still sharing of course and Maddi is in our bedroom. It's all very odd because of the den. We were going to put her in there, but a) no door b) no closet...so really just didn't make sense to lose that space that we could be using for our computer and crafting space. Maybe I'll even let a few toys in there! Eventually, when Maddi's schedule is more routine and similiar to Mayci's, they'll share too.

Speaking of our girls...they are doing great! Mayci is just a little mama..she just looks over Maddi like her little baby girl. She sings to her, gets so excited to see her and vice versa and is always looking for her baby. Maddi is growing so much..she rolls from her belly to back a lot now...especially in the mornings when she wakes up in her crib. She has only done back to belly a couple times. She is just the sweetest girl. She loves when anyone looks at her and smiles, my friend today said it best "she is just so excited from her head to her toes"...her whole body just looks happy.

The boys are good also. They will both finish school on 5/27. We were originally going to send Avery this summer, but we have decided not to. He is excited to have a break with his brother and will return to school in August. Since last posting, Joe has turned 9 years old! We had a small family party at the park.

Other than that, everything is pretty much the same around here. Jay is still working a lot so sometimes life feels like a juggling act but hopefully things will calm down soon! Hope everyone is doing great!

Maddi's first time in the swing! Mayci didn't like it so much but Maddi was having a blast!

I know that this picture is terribly out of focus but I just had to post it anyway! I went in to get her from her nap and there she was on her belly, smiling away. So I ran for the camera!
