Welll....

I couldn't let a whole month go by without posting so I figured I may as well get to it, haha! We are good. It's been a pretty busy summer. The kids and I have done the pool several times as well as been frequenting the library. Both boys have participated in the Summer Reading Program, which has been fun for them!

It's gotten really hot here by now, of course...we've been pushing 110 degrees so there are certainly days we do not even leave the house!

Mayci is doing great...I just can't get over how much she seems to be growing these days. Not only are her looks changing from that I look back on from old pictures but she is just such the little girl. She talks up a storm and lately loves saying "please" and "thank you" and "welcome" although she often confuses welcome for thank you. She also says her version of Avery now and "go" for Joe. She is still a little mama carrying her babies around and feeding them their bottles, it's very sweet. A couple times last week, she even wanted to sit on the potty! I let her once and she seemed to be trying to go but nothing came out. It's too early if you ask me, but nothing wrong with curiousity!

I am feeling good & the baby is doing well. I can't believe I am almost 1/2 way through this pregnancy! I am 18 weeks this week. I go to the dr. again the beginning of August but really, since we are not anticipating the big appointment where you find out the sex, there is nothing too exciting happening! The good news is that I have started to get some energy back so I have been busy getting things cleaned up around the house (nesting, I guess) and will hopefully soon be able to start focusing a bit more on baby stuff.
